Performance Nutrition
Nourishment for the fastest, strongest, and most competitive version of you
Whether a recreational or elite-level athlete, I can equip you with a wide variety of tools to help enhance your physical capacity. From strength and power competitors to ultra-endurance and everything in between, there are intricate details in the fuel you provide for your working body that can powerfully improve your outputs. As a lifelong athlete myself, I’ve had extensive opportunities to apply the science in my own training, which I believe makes me a more effective practitioner as well. Please see below for a little more on my background in athletics.

Fuel mapping for ultra-endurance events
I love the variety of opportunities we have to develop physically, emotionally, and interpersonally in the competitive scene and I enjoy using it in my own life as a platform for these types of growth. Fueling is a key component of this process and as a certified sports dietitian, it is rewarding to be my own guinea pig in practicing these nutrition strategies during my training and competition.
Movement has always been a part of who I am. As a homeschooled kid growing up on an old farm, I was working with horses by the time I was 10 and playing soccer shortly after that. These hobbies shifted into sprinting/hurdling as a track and field athlete in college. Now as an adult, I’ve been bitten by the triathlon bug and compete regularly in half and full-distance Ironman triathlons (currently qualified for the World Championships in Nice, France for 2024, woot woot)!
